HR/Pay in PeopleSoft 9.1 is now “live” at https://hr.ku.edu .
Be sure to bookmark the HR/Pay page. Noted below are a few reminders about using the system.
Sign-on to the system using your KU online ID that you use to access your email.
The HR/Pay page is also available through 'MyEmployeeInfo' in the Kyou portal https://portal.ku.edu

Academic year faculty who do not supervise will use the system to request sick
leave, view paychecks, and perform other self-service functions (e.g. changing address, etc.) Time reporting is
Student hourly employees must remember to “clock in” and “clock
out” every time you work or you won’t get paid accurately. Your department can tell you which time
collection method you should use. If you have two campus jobs, remember to report time worked on the
correct job when clocking in and out.

Supervisors of hourly employees will receive a weekly reminder from HR to approve hours worked by their direct reports. Check the Payroll Services website for time/leave approval deadlines
Leave request notices to supervisors from employees eligible for leave will be provided in an email.

The upgraded HR/Pay system eliminates much of the paper record keeping for all employees. For each of the changes, all employees will have Increased Control, New Responsibilities, and Positive Benefits.

integrated into the HR/Pay system, making electronic time reporting accurate and easy.
